    Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel. Late cancellations or no-shows incur a 50 % treatment fee.

  • What should I expect during my first visit?

    We begin with a personalised consultation and skin or brow analysis. Joanna will recommend the ideal treatment plan and guide you through every step.

  • Can I combine multiple treatments in one session?

    Yes—many clients enjoy bespoke combinations (e.g. lash extensions + Henna lip tint). During booking, select “Multiple Services” or let us know your preferences.

  • Are your products and treatments suitable for sensitive skin?

    Absolutely. We use hypoallergenic, medical-grade products and perform patch tests when necessary to ensure safety and comfort.
