Shipping Policy

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 3 working days of payment confirmation.

  • Domestic Shipping (UK): We offer:

    • Standard (3–5 working days)

    • Express (1–2 working days)
      Shipping times depend on your chosen service and regional provider.

  • Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on delivery postcode and selected option.

  • Tracking & Notifications: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

  • Delays: While rare, delays may occur due to carrier disruptions or peak seasons. If your parcel is significantly delayed, contact us and we’ll assist.

Refund & Returns Policy

  • Eligibility: You may request a return within 14 days of delivery for any unopened, unused products in their original packaging.

  • How to Return:

    1. Email joanna@essence-beauty.uk with your order number and reason for return.

    2. Ship the item back to:

    3. Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • Inspection & Refund:

    • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.

    • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 working days.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items:

    • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage or error.

    • We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund, including any shipping charges.

  • Order Cancellations:

    • You may cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of purchase by emailing joanna@essence-beauty.uk.

    • After 24 hours, cancellations may incur a restocking fee or follow our standard returns process.
