Shipping Policy
Order Processing: All orders are processed within 3 working days of payment confirmation.
Domestic Shipping (UK): We offer:
Standard (3–5 working days)
Express (1–2 working days)
Shipping times depend on your chosen service and regional provider.
Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on delivery postcode and selected option.
Tracking & Notifications: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Delays: While rare, delays may occur due to carrier disruptions or peak seasons. If your parcel is significantly delayed, contact us and we’ll assist.
Refund & Returns Policy
Eligibility: You may request a return within 14 days of delivery for any unopened, unused products in their original packaging.
How to Return:

Inspection & Refund:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 working days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage or error.
We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund, including any shipping charges.
Order Cancellations:
You may cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of purchase by emailing joanna@essence-beauty.uk.
After 24 hours, cancellations may incur a restocking fee or follow our standard returns process.
